Notable physical characteristics: Blind. Also half his left arm is a prosthetic but that wouldn't be very obviously. Very princely and refined looking.
Notable magical characteristics: Ability to read minds but only if the user projects their thoughts loudly enough, consciously or unconsciously. Otherwise Snake normally keeps his mind shielded.
Offensive subjects: If you try to a pick a fight with him about his handicaps, he won't think twice about verbally eviscerating you
Warnings: Can't really do a lot physically and usually he's very ethical about his powers but get him pissed off enough and he'd be tempted.
